About Me

Jamie Kaminski, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, FAIHM

I have worked in various roles in healthcare since age 16.  Integrative medicine has been an interest of mine for most of my adult life. Health and wellbeing is a lifelong journey, and I have seen first-hand from a young age how various factors (nutrition, exercise, sleep, etc.) can influence one’s health and wellbeing.  With this interest, I have furthered my education by completing a two-year fellowship with the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine (AIHM) in 2024, receiving formal education in integrative and functional medicine and earning credentials as Fellow of the Academy.

Our current healthcare system prioritizes treating symptoms and current illness, but doesn’t do much to prevent or find the root cause of what is driving those symptoms and illness.  Integrative medicine is a form of medicine that does just that!  It combines conventional and complementary medicine, using the best of both worlds. Integrative care optimizes testing, uses modalities such as lifestyle changes and nutritional therapies, and encourages a strong provider/patient relationship to best care for the whole person- mind, body, and spirit, while finding and treating the root cause of illness.  My goal and passion is to take good care of my patients by working together as a team, while teaching how to optimize one's own health.  I practice evidence-based medicine, ensuring any interventions are safe, and are the best therapies for you. I do this by looking at your personal health journey, goals for your health, careful lab ordering and interpretation, and lots of research!  No two patients will have the same plan of care.

Passion and quality care have always defined my practice and I greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with you on your health and wellness journey.

Functional Health Coach

Megan Wiley, PT, DPT, WHC, RWP-1

Megan has always been passionate about whole health wellness and the importance of balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Her journey into functional health coaching began with her own 20+ year struggle with confusing, exhausting, and painful symptoms. After being passed from specialist to specialist without answers—only more prescriptions—she finally found relief through functional nutrition and lifestyle medicine. By healing her gut and identifying her unique triggers, Megan experienced life-changing improvements and discovered the empowering truth that she could influence her symptoms through what she eats and how she lives her life.

Now, Megan hears those same frustrations echoed by so many others—people navigating chronic GI issues, fatigue, unexplained pain, or difficult menstrual cycles who feel overwhelmed and lost. She believes that what many of them need isn’t just another quick fix or diagnosis, but a guide—someone to walk alongside them on their health journey.

As a Functional Health Coach, Megan helps individuals take simple, sustainable steps toward better health. With a focus on lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and mindset, she provides clear strategies, compassionate support, and the accountability needed to make lasting progress. Together with her clients, Megan works to cut through the confusion, simplify the process, and move at a pace that feels manageable—so they can begin feeling better, day by day.
