It involves integrating conventional and alternative therapies to prevent and treat disease, and most importantly, to promote optimal health.  We have many tools to work with and choose from, let's work together to find which "tools" will work best for you and your health.

We take a personalized approach to your health, conducting thorough assessments to understand your unique needs, lifestyle, and health goals. By addressing the root causes of your symptoms, we develop tailored treatment plans that support your overall wellness.  

We treat both acute and chronic conditions. We have a special interest in gut health, chronic fatigue, diseases caused by inflammation, women's health and undiagnosable conditions.  Many of our patients have been dismissed by their current providers or keep getting referrals for other specialties.  

Integrative medicine is not always recognized by conventional medicine, but is evidence based.  While using herbs or botanicals to help treat disease and symptoms it is my priority to work with you to teach you how to make life style changes, such as improving diet, while working to decrease supplements as well as medications needed.  We work to empower you to take charge of your own health.

Cost-saving memberships and packages are offered.  Discounts are available for anyone who is currently being treated for cancer or has recently gone through treatment.  Please reach out to us to discuss further.

My online wellness store, through Fullscript, offers thousands of quality, third-party tested supplements and personal care products at an affordable cost.  We also recommend Standard Process and MediHerb’s nutrient dense herbal and dietary supplements through the Standard Process Patient Direct platform. Discounts are offered to established patients of the practice.
